An honest referral disclosure
Say it plainly: we are a referral service that connects callers with independent local pros. We do not do the work ourselves. We may be paid per call or per lead by the pro. There is no cost to the caller for the referral. The provider sets the price for the job, and the provider remains responsible for its own licensing, pricing, and work.
The steps, in simple terms
- You request a quote. Tell us the city and the problem. Note your building type, bath size, and whether plumbing, a wall, or wiring would move.
- We connect you. You are connected to an independent local provider in your area.
- The pro assesses and quotes. The provider discusses scope, timing, and price, and can plan a visit to measure the room.
- You decide. Ask for a written scope and price. Compare providers if you wish. Say no if the scope or price does not fit. You sign papers with the provider, not with us.
What we do not do
We do not build bathrooms, hire crews, set prices, file permits, or inspect finished work. We do not promise a provider, a price, a date, or an outcome. Coverage depends on the provider and the job, so a city page does not mean every street in that city is covered. Confirm coverage with the provider.
What to have ready
Have your city, bath size, and a short note on the problem. Note if you live in a condo, co-op, or building with board rules. Photos and room measurements help the provider give a realistic first discussion. Ask about licensing where a license applies, who files permits if permits apply, and what is included in the scope and what is not.
Common questions
Does it cost anything to use BathRemodelNear?
No. There is no cost to the caller for the referral. The provider sets the price for the job. A provider may pay us per call or per lead. That payment does not change what we tell you here.
Do you do the bathroom work yourselves?
No. BathRemodelNear is a referral service. We do not do the work ourselves. We connect you with an independent local provider. The provider assesses the room, quotes the job, and does the work.
